Origin is the rare brand where the origin story and the manufacturing claim are the same story. Pete Roberts started it in 2011 after a jiu-jitsu uniform supplier in Pakistan copied his patterns and sold them on, cut timber behind his house in Maine and built a factory out of it. There are now two plants — boots and jiu-jitsu in Farmington, apparel in Asheboro, North Carolina.
The factories page does the thing almost nobody does: it gives numbers. A 22,000 square foot boot plant, 34 craftsmen, 100 pairs a day, cut and sewn start to finish, from American cowhide and bison. Claims that specific are easy to check and expensive to fake, and independent coverage of the Farmington operation lines up with them.
The record
Boots are made start to finish at the company's Farmington, Maine plant
“Our Farmington, ME Boot manufacturing plant is where we produce our hand-made footwear, belts, and wallets - all from top quality American cow hide and American Lakota bison hide. The 22,000 sq. ft. facility is home to 34 craftsmen who design, cut, and sew 100 pairs of boots per day from start to finish.”

The company states a whole-catalogue domestic claim, not a per-line one
“Built By Freedom™: 100% American Made. Field to Fabric.”
