Nordic Ware is the brand that put the Bundt pan in seventy million kitchens, and it still casts aluminium in a factory its founders started building in 1947. Hundreds of products come out of that plant. It is one of the last cookware companies of its size that never moved.
It is a split line, and the brand’s own careful sentence is the clue: the “vast majority” of its products are made in Minneapolis, not all of them. The pattern behind that is two different things. A domestically cast pan with a handle moulded in China is common across the woks, breakfast pans and roasting racks — imported components, which the tiers already handle. The Treat bakeware range is the other thing: imported outright, and sold under the Nordic Ware name. That is what puts the brand’s mark at the floor, with the Minneapolis pans carried below on their own evidence.
What is unusual, and worth more than a blanket claim would be, is that Nordic Ware labels this product by product on its own site: made in the USA, imported, or assembled in the USA with imported materials, with the imported component named. That is the level of disclosure this catalogue is trying to make normal.
There is a practical problem with saying so. nordicware.com will not answer a scripted request — every product-page fetch comes back as a bot challenge, on three separate attempts over a month — so the labelling this record praises is, for us, currently unreadable. The Bundt pan below is therefore evidenced from Nordic Ware’s own Amazon listing, which says “Made in America of domestic and imported materials”. That is the same claim in the same voice, and it is retrievable.

An independent review finds domestic manufacture with named imported exceptions
“Nordic Ware manufactures the majority of its products in the USA. It takes great pride in this and makes a conscious effort to support American jobs, suppliers, and businesses. Some of the materials it uses are imported, which is made explicit on each product page.”
