EliteFTS has sold strength equipment — bars, racks, belt squats and specialty machines — out of London, Ohio since 1998. The homepage carries an “AMERICAN-MADE STRENGTH EQUIPMENT” banner, and every steel-equipment product page checked repeats “Made in the USA” as a line item under Specs & Features rather than only as marketing copy — the same pattern, spec field plus prose, that earns the first mark elsewhere on this site.

That country claim now has outside support. Federal procurement records for the legal entity, Elite FTS.com, Inc., record the place of manufacture as the United States on every one of the seven contracts checked from 2009 to 2021, and place of manufacture is the contracting officer’s determination rather than the seller’s. What those same records do not support is the step further. All seven also record the company as not a manufacturer of goods — and that field is worth reading carefully, because it reaches the procurement system from the company’s own registration. It is elitefts describing itself to the government, not an outside investigator’s conclusion. It carries weight anyway: the description runs against the company’s own marketing, it was made under federal certification, and it was repeated for twelve years across five agencies. It is not proof.

Nothing else fills the gap either. No source outside elitefts.com describes a fabrication shop at 1402 State Route 665; no OSHA establishment inspection exists for that zip code under any spelling of the name across the ten years searched, which is not what a welding and powder-coat operation would usually leave behind; and the company’s own history page is written from end to end in the language of selling and service, never claiming a factory. The site says the equipment is American-made. It does not say elitefts builds it.

So the two halves of this record are not equally supported, and a reader should see that rather than have to infer it. The American-made claim is corroborated. The London, Ohio manufacturing location is not: what exists is the single address in the site’s footer, plus this record’s own long-standing inference that the goods are made at it. The distinction between a brand whose gear is made in America and a brand that makes it is the open question here. The mark, the location and the record are held unchanged while it stays open, on a decision taken on 2026-09-20 rather than by default.

The claim holds consistently across the core equipment line: power racks, belt squats, bars and the Signature Smith Machine all carry the same “Made in the USA” spec entry. The one gap is resistance bands, which the site does not describe by country of origin at all — bands are the one product category on elitefts.com with no manufacturing claim either way, and are excluded from this evidence set as a result. That gap is worth a re-check if bands are ever pulled into this catalogue separately.
